Darren Pettit, owner of Meze Me, has vast experience as a chef working through Sydney ranging from the Ritz Carlton Sydney, Sumac Darling Harbour and Kazbah Sydney where he developed a passion for Middle Eastern and Moroccan styles and flavours.
He found his passion for food and service developing this style in running his boutique catering business before establishing Meze Me in early 2012.
The cuisine at Meze Me is influenced by a combination of experiences and love for food, family and friends.
